Residential Roofing Services: i.e: New Asphalt Shingle Roofs, Metal Roofing, and Gutters & Siding upon request only. We do houses, garages, barn's, shed's, and etc.

Yes, we require the amount for the materials up front. The materials cost as well as the final cost will be outlined in your estimate report we will provide to you. The final cost will be due upon completion of the job. However, if your job is on the larger side and will take our small team a month or more to complete we will put a clause in your contract to have half of the remaining costs due half way through the job.  

Yes, we are 100% insured and have been in business for over 25 years.

Avon, Canton, East Windsor, East Granby, Granby, Suffield, Tariffville, Simsbury, Bloomfield, Windsor, Windsor Locks, Enfield, Sommer's, Granville, Barkhamsted, West Hartford, Farmington. We will do towns that are further away upon request and depending upon our schedule so please ask. If you are outside of the above listed towns we will require a travel fee for the duration of the job.
